Freaky Robot Toys

Have you ever wanted to get a friend a gag gift? By any chance....a robotic toy as well? Well here's an accumulation of some of the freakiest toys, the weirdest toys, I've stumbled upon during recent Internet browsing.

I don't know what worries me more...the glowing eyes or that it farts when you rub its back (1:50)

Brrbils: Cryogenically frozen nightmare

The concept of this toy is that it's some feathered rodent that needs to be kept cold. That is, locked in a refrigerator. Yes, that's right. A fridge. If this little horror get's too warm it throws a temper tantrum. To be specific, he will "stomp his feet and yell".

Imagine this scene.

A zombified, balding little blue rat thing screaming at you until you shove it in the fridge and lock the door after it.

Because hell, that's the toy I've always wanted.

What really gets me is the giggling.

Furrblings: Fuzzy freak show

There's only one way to really portray the terror this fur ball really is. Check out the video at 0:10. Trust me, it's worth it.

Who invents a giggling, pulsating mass and expects it to be cute?

The promo goes on to illustrate how your darling Furrbling will sneeze on you, then start giggling in a most purposeful and diabolical manner. Reminiscent of that creepy kid in third grade, highly amused by having shared a biohazard.

It can, and does get worse.

Unlike the Brrbil, which will scream at you and glow from afar, the Furrbling can chase you. It rolls. It freakin' rolls. If the video is correct, it could roll right after you howling "whee!!!" like an axe murderer on helium.

Together, even more disturbing!!! Hilarious, but worrying.

Luv Wuv: Alien in Labor

As a kid I could think of only two things more disturbing than a creepy toy. Two creepy toys and child birth. Luckily for all similarly minded people, there's a product that combines both!

The Luv Wuv noms on plastic flowers that you shove in its mouth. Once its been fed enough, the abomination goes into labor. It'll chant "Here comes baby!" repeatedly in a cheerful tone that's solidly unsettling. Suddenly its stomach starts to distend.

That's right. This alien doesn't just quietly lay its egg. Its stomach pulls open so you can yank the egg out like some sort of horror-flick midwife.

Crack the egg and you have a baby robotic monstrosity. The mother will then sing to her baby...songs like Itsy Bitsy Spider.

I don't have proof of this or anything, but I'd guess it's a secret code. Once you've played your role as midwife, you're expendable. They're going to coordinate an attack and eat you alive.

It's an army!

BooBah: Swivelling Serial Killers

There are no words. Except that maybe this is the love child of a telly tubby and the Terminator.

Yes! Finally a humorous hub! That was hilarious - one of those toys sounds like my daughter's Penbo. Check it out. It's pretty spooky when her robotic toys suddenly decide to start working out of the blue. Anyway - thanks for the laugh!

I considered including the Penbo! That dance where it flips its legs around is just plain...wrong. :P
